Michael: And then,
John: And then,  Mr. A immediately turn to Mr. C and said to Mr. C in a manner of panic, "it's my personal hatred against Mr. B. It's none of your business. Go away immediately , else,  you get killed too. ".

Michael: Ok. What's the second one?

John: The second example is ridiculous.

Michael: Even if it is ridiculous, tell me.

John: Ok. 2 weeks before Mr. A used a gun to shoot Mr. B, Mr. A held a before-lesson seminar with Mr. C and other 20 students.

Michael : Before-lesson "seminar"?

John: Why not?  During the before-lesson seminar, Mr. A face to Mr. C. Mr. A said to Mr. C in a manner of calm, "It's my personal hatred against Mr. B.  2 weeks later,  we go on date at St. Louise Road. By the time, I'm gonna teach you guys how to use a gun to kill Mr. B.  Don't miss the date.".

John : Of example one and example two, which one is ridiculous ?

Michael: Of course, example two is ridiculous. Why? Since it's a personal hatred of Mr. A against Mr. B, how would Mr. A date Mr. C at St. Louise Road?

John: If Mr. A date Mr. C at St. Louise Road, it isn't a personal hatred. It is just a private tutorial. In the private tutorial, Mr. A teach Mr. C how to use a gun to shoot down Mr. B. The difference between personal hatred and private tutorial is that a personal hatred is coincidental pass-by but a private tutorial is a prepared dating.

Michael : Marvellous. I use Mr. A, B and C as an example. Personal hatred is less illegal than private tutorial. Why? Because, if it's a personal hatred, Mr. C is just a coincidental witness of a killing. However, if it is a private tutorial, Mr. C is an expected participant of a killing.

John : I have a supplement.

John: A personal hatred is less illegal than private teaching.   If Mr. A kill Mr. B due to a personal hatred, it is less illegal. However,  if Mr. A kill Mr. B becuase Mr. A wanna teach Mr. C how to use a gun, it is more illegal.

Mr. Leung (an officer of the land department of Hong Kong): I say to John and his neighbor in a manner of fun, "It's Kelvin's personal hatred against you guys. Therefore, You guys get hacked by Kelvin . ".

Kelvin : If you say to them, "It's Kelvin's personal hatred against you guys. Therefore, You guys get hacked by Kelvin. ", that mean, you just pass by and you coincidentally witness the killing and it isn't romantic date and you are not the expected participant of a killing. And then, you are legal.

Mr. Leung : Anymore?

Kelvin :If you say to them, "It's Kelvin's personal hatred against you guys. Therefore, You guys get hacked by Kelvin. ", that mean the killing is due to my personal hatred against them and the killing isn't due to that I want to teach you guys how to use a gun. And then,  you are legal.

Michael : It's fucking ridiculous.  If it's Kelvin's personal hatred against you and your neighbor,  Kelvin won't let Mr. Leung know and Kelvin won't date Mr. Leung. 
John: You are correct. 
Michael : It's just a private tutorial which is organized by Kelvin. During the tutorial,  Kelvin taught Mr. Leung how to hack the satellite of America and then infringe you and your neighbour.
